15 Day Money Back Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returns, except mis-shipments and defective items, are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the customer wants a full refund. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item of equal value or greater. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges if they want a refund or exchange on non-defective or non mis-shipped items. For exchanges, customer is responsible for re-shipping charges and handling fees. Shipping charges are not refunded on returns except mis-shipments and defective items. If your item was shipped with "Free Shipping," your order will be refunded less our $6.00 outbound shipping fee. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes. Handling fee is non-refundable for any return.

Simply visit our contact page to contact us about setting up a return. When your RMA is received and has completed our return process (please allow 5-10 business days), you will see a credit for the product reflected onto your original credit card. If you are receiving a credit to your credit card, please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note, we cannot accept returns after 30 days of receipt.

Address Correction Charges

Occasionally our customers mis-type their delivery address in the shopping cart and their product cannot be delivered. If your product was shipped via USPS and there is an incorrect address, the product will be shipped back to us as undeliverable. The USPS does not allow us to correct the address and re-direct the shipment for an incorrect address. If we are notified that your address is "undeliverable" we will notify you via email and ask for your correct address. We will be glad to re-ship you a replacement product but we will charge you an $11.00 address correction and re-shipping fee so please be careful to make sure your address is correct when you enter it into the shopping cart.

Refused Shipments

All refused shipments will be treated as a standard return including applicable fees. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees of the refused product back to IDWTECH, Inc.

Warranty Replacements

If your product is defective, you may qualify for a warranty replacement of the item. Please contact customer service on our Contact Us page to see if your product is under warranty and to obtain your RMA number.

Within the first 15 days of purchase if your product is determined to be defective and you would like a replacement product, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label to send us back the defective item. The defective item will either be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you upon receipt. If you are trying to return a defective product that has been discontinued and no longer stocked by us, then we will either attempt to source you a replacement or will provide you a refund. If your warranty replacement is on back order, we will notify you at the time you place your RMA and will give you an ETA of delivery.

If upon receiving your defective item our technicians test it and it is deemed as not defective the RMA request will be treated as a standard return and will be responsible for all fees including return shipping, handling fees and a 25% restocking fee. If at any time after 15 days of the purchase and up until the warranty timeline provided by the manufacturer your item is defective and needs replaced please contact customer service to set up a warranty replacement request. The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to IDWTECH, Inc.. The item (s) will be tested by our technicians. Upon confirmation from our technicians the item (s) are defective and fit within the warranty the item will be repaired and/or replaced and shipped back to the customer at IDWTECH, Inc.'s expense. If upon testing from our technicians the item (s) are not found to be not defective the replacement request will be treated as a standard return. If you are trying to return a defective product that has been discontinued and no longer stocked by us, then we will either attempt to source you a replacement or will provide you a refund. If your warranty replacement is on back order, we will notify you at the time you place your RMA and will give you an ETA of delivery.

All warranty replacements will ship via USPS ground. If you would like to pay for expedited shipping on your warranty replacement, please let us know when you obtain your RMA number and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that warranty replacement only covers the actual defective item and not any additional charges paid by the customer such as any duties and taxes.

Warranty Restrictions

The customer will be responsible for obtaining warrantee replacement through the product manufacturer on items over 15 days past their purchase. All sales are final for close out or clearance items.

Mis-shipped Orders

On the rare occasion that you receive a product that you did not order, please notify IDWTECH, Inc. within the first 3 days of the receipt of your package. Once we have determined that you have indeed been shipped the incorrect item, we will make every reasonable effort to correct our mistake. You will have two options. First we can send you a pre-paid return label. As soon as we receive the incorrect item back we will ship you the correct item. Second, if you need the item urgently we can place a new order along with a return pre-paid label for the original incorrect item. You will receive a credit on the original order as soon as the incorrect item is received.

How to Obtain an RMA

To obtain an RMA number please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-714-310-2634 or visit our Contact Us page. After speaking with one of our agents, you will be given an RMA number along with instructions on returning your order. Please follow the instructions given. Any packages received without prior return authorization will be refused back to the shipper. All RMA numbers will expire after 15 days of issuance. If your product is not received within 15 days of issuance, the RMA number will expire and you will not qualify for another RMA number. Please be sure to write your RMA number in ink clearly on the outside of your package in an area that will not be hidden by a shipping label. Incorrect RMA numbers will result in a slower processing time. IDWTECH, Inc. recommends that you return your unwanted product via FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS Certified, Return Receipt so that you will be able to verify the delivery of your return if necessary. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
